Full of healthy nourishing fats, rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, they are boldly spiced, insanely delicious, creamy, unctuous and a real afternoon pick-me-up to curb cravings and nourish your temple!
INGREDIENTS:
- 20g peeled turmeric root, roughly chopped
- 20g ginger root, peeled, roughly chopped
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon powder
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup or 10 drops of liquid stevia or sweetener of your choice
- 1 Tbsp., pure vanilla extract, paste or powder
- 100g Extra virgin coconut oil, softened
- 100g Coconut butter
- Few grinds of black pepper
- Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
METHOD:
Combine all the ingredients into a blender, blend till smooth! Divide the mixture between two silicone moulds of your choice, enjoy the rest with a teaspoon Transfer to a fridge or freezer to set solid, before transferring to a container in the fridge. Enjoy
